PrecisionServe collects the minimum data needed to generate court‑ready proofs and operate the service.

Data we collect

Account info (name, email), payment details (via Stripe).
Job metadata (case number, parties, addresses).
Serve attempt artifacts: photos, GPS coordinates, UTC/local timestamps, device info, and hashes.
Diagnostics and logs to improve reliability.

How we use data

To generate affidavits, verify attempts, route addresses, notify clients, provide support, and maintain a defensible chain of custody.

Location

Location is collected only during active serve workflows and affidavit generation. You can stop collection by ending the workflow or disabling permissions.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it with processors (hosting, storage, analytics, payments) under contract.

Retention

Proof artifacts are retained for 7 years unless you request a longer period for compliance needs.

Email support@precisionserve.app to export or delete your data (subject to legal holds).
