You are responsible for complying with applicable service‑of‑process rules in your jurisdiction. PrecisionServe does not provide legal advice.

Accounts & Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Usage‑based charges (per‑serve, add‑ons) may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Data Ownership

You own your job data. You grant PrecisionServe a license to process it for operating the service.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecisionServe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Tennessee, unless prohibited.
